Chef Joe Carei of Caileigh's Restaurant

Chef Joe brings over 25 years of culinary experience to your table. He has created meals in restaurants in Europe, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. A graduate of Susquehanna University, he attended The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Chef Joe is constantly educating himself and is an active member of both the American Culinary Federation and the Pennsylvania Restaurant Association.

The menu at Cailegh's is seasonal and often features local produce. Chef Joe uses his culinary experience and knowledge with a bit of fun and a lot of passion to create selections including: seafood, classic beef, veal, and chicken dishes along with multitude of signature specialties.
