Throughout the years Chef Joe and Caileigh’s restaurant have been selected for several awards and given the opportunity to be featured in national magazines or selected to cook at nationally known events. These honor and Awards include:

- 2004 - Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year
- In 2004, Caileigh’s was named one of the top restaurants in Pittsburgh by the readers of Pittsburgh Magazine.
- Features in local, regional and national publications including Pittsburgh Magazine, the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, Bon Appetite, Food and Wine in addition to many others.
- In 2004 and for the past several years Chef Joe has been an invitee for the annual Food and Wine Classic in Aspen Colorado.
- A feature restaurant at the 2004 Pittsburgh 40 under 40 Awards Ceremony
- A Three Diamond Rating by American Automotive Association (AAA)
