Caileigh’s Restaurant, located in the heart of Downtown Uniontown, provides a fine dining experience for all who walk through the doors. From your greeting at the door until your last bite of dessert, you will be treated with the highest level of courteous service.

Caileigh’s is named for the young daughter of Chef Joe and his wife and is located in the historic Barton-Grey Home. They family has provided an elegant atmosphere for dining at Caileigh’s in Uniontown since 1999. In addition to Caileigh’s in Uniontown, Chef Joe and Stacy have been operating a family restaurant, in the area for the past 11 years.

The Carei’s believe that dining is a destination, not a stop between activities. They feel that the experience should be enjoyed from start to finished and have taken every step to insure this.

The atmosphere and cuisine match the elegance of this historic building. In the early 1900s, Susan Barton-Grey only entertained in the most elegant ways. She invited American “Princes” and their wives to extravagant dinners. The coal kings, the coke monarchs and even steel barons were treated to a night of royalty. Chef Joe and Stacy bring back the nights of royalty. The table setting and handcrafted décor was carefully chosen to couple the building and it’s historical importance.
